Returns policy

 

 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

- Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt.

- Refunds will only be made once the item has been returned in its original and unused condition within the 28 days of receipt

- No refunds will be made on items that have been worn

- Returns postage will be paid for by the customer unless there is a fault with the product. 

- Returns are accepted for any damages caused during transit.
- You must supply a photograph with proof of damage. We will then send a replacement where available

- Unique lockets and charms can not offer refunds or compensation on any items lost or damaged caused by misuse or dropping

-Please retain receipts/copy of invoice incase requested by us for returns/refunds/exchanges
